人文社會科學學院於本學年末在大學的支持下，小規模試辦三場英語角活動，為全校師生搭建輕鬆愉快的英語交流平台。活動期間，來自不同學院的師生踴躍參與，以英語暢所欲言，氣氛歡樂融洽。學院對大學給予的支持深表感謝，並對各院師生的積極參與深感鼓舞。

With the support of the University, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHSS) successfully piloted three English Corner sessions towards the end of this academic year, offering a relaxed and welcoming space for the campus community to practice conversational English. The sessions drew enthusiastic participation from teachers and students across different faculties, fostering a warm and vibrant atmosphere of cross-disciplinary exchange. The Faculty wishes to express its sincere gratitude to the University for its continued support, and is greatly encouraged by the positive response from the campus community.

學院擬於下學年起系統性推展英語角活動，每學期定期舉辦十四場，持續為全校師生提供練習英語的機會。活動設有簡單茶點，歡迎全校師生在輕鬆自在的環境中相聚，以英語閒話家常，共同營造濃厚的英語學習氛圍。

The Faculty plans to formalize the English Corner activities beginning next academic year, with 14 sessions scheduled each semester. All members of the University — students, academic staff, and administrative colleagues alike — are warmly invited to drop by, enjoy light refreshments, and engage in friendly English conversation in a comfortable and informal setting.
