澳門城市大學人文社會科學學院通識教育部于2026年2月11日(星期三)下午3:30至5:30,在L105教室成功舉辦了一場主題爲“正式電子郵件寫作”的工作坊。本次講座由通識教育部的徐倩華老師(Dr Anna Choi)主講,旨在幫助學生掌握撰寫清晰、得體且專業的英文電子郵件的技巧,提升與教授及行政人員的溝通能力。
工作坊內容涵蓋如何撰寫結構完整、語氣得當的郵件,包括郵件主題、稱呼、正文及結尾等基本要素,强調避免將電子郵件當作聊天工具使用,幷指導學生選擇合適措辭與語氣。講者通過實例分析與互動講解,幫助學生理解正式郵件在學術與職場溝通中的重要性,引導學生寫出邏輯清晰、禮貌得體的郵件內容。

General Education Department of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at City University of Macau successfully held a workshop titled "Formal Email Writing" on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, from 3:30 to 5:30 PM in L105. The session was conducted by Dr Anna Choi (徐倩華) from GED, with the aim of helping students master the skills needed to write clear, appropriate, and professional English emails, thereby enhancing their communication abilities with professors and administrative staff.
The workshop covered how to compose emails with a well-structured format and appropriate tone, including key elements such as the subject line, salutation, body, and closing. It emphasized the importance of not treating emails like chat messages, and guided students on how to choose suitable wording and tone. Through practical case analysis and interactive instruction, the facilitator helped students understand the significance of formal email communication in both academic and professional settings, and guided them in crafting logically structured and polite email content.
After the event, many students expressed their gratitude to the instructor via email, stating that the training was highly practical and beneficial for their future academic and career development.
