Subjects taught include English, Translation, and Organisational Behavior. The student evaluation from the past four years has reflected a well-liked and effective teaching style. Career development and personal improvement are also areas of interest: completed Ph.D. in Applied Psychology while working full-time; participated in Bell Teacher Campus training program for teachers at Macau Polytechnic Institute in July 2016; also conducted independent study at Stanford University from June to August 2017.
